Shipping Policy

All items are made-to-order and usually take about 3-4 business days to make depending on demand. We have partnered with a printer who also handles our shipping and fulfillment. Once your order is made, we will send your tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

We only accept returns and exchanges for items that are received damaged or a manufacturer’s error. Returns and exchanges must be reported within 15 days of receipt. Please email info@nikunaku.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged product.
